Client Care

The Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 ("the Act") applies to the conduct of all Lawyers. The Act makes provisions for professional conduct and provides procedures for complaints and cost revisions.

The obligations give us the opportunity to inform our clients of the basis on which we assess our fees, our professional indemnity cover, and the terms on which we are engaged. This information is set out in our Client Services Information and Terms of Engagement.

We promise to provide the highest standard of service to our clients for a fair and reasonable fee. Our fees for professional services are calculated on the basis of a number of factors resulting in what we consider is a fair and reasonable fee for the time expended and value of the service. The Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover we hold exceeds the minimum standard of the Law Society and the Society continues a Fidelity Fund referred to in our client Services Information.
