University of Auckland - BCom/LLB(Hons)

I joined Gellert Ivanson in 2004. I advise on business, property, trusts, employment and dispute resolution. My areas of practice specifically include business and property sale and purchases, leasing, contract, finance, Consumer Guarantees Act, intellectual property, franchising and information technology law.

Prior to joining Gellert Ivanson I worked as a software developer and then for a boutique city law firm where I practised mainly information technology law.

I am a great believer in communication, so I keep my clients up to date and informed at all stages of a project. I listen to my clients' needs and provide them with practical advice to suit their situation.

Outside of work I am a keen runner and love competing in various events. I also enjoy going to the gym and playing social netball and tennis. I have been married to my wife, Camille, for 10 years and we have one son, Cooper.
