Background
Pearl migrated from a small firm in the South Island to an inner city Auckland firm in which John Gellert was a partner and from there has progressively moved from the city to St.Heliers. Pearl's experience and areas of interest are residential and commercial property, commercial, leases, business sales and purchases, company formation, trusts, mortgage finance and subdivision.
Pearl also acts as a trustee through the medium of the firm trustee company as trustee of clients' family trusts.
Pearl interests when time permits are horse riding, walking and reading.
